ErgoFit Exercise Program
This 6-week exercise program is designed to help strengthen the muscles used when sitting at a desk or on a computer. Studies show that strengthening the muscles that are fatigued by repetitive use when at work, can help relieve discomfort and/or symptoms (Anderson).
Each workout is 20 minutes long and includes a dynamic warmup and static stretch cool-down. You can do this on its own or incorporate it into your existing workouts.
To complete the workouts, you will need:
- Exercise mat (or comfortable flooring)
- 2 light weights or resistance band
- A bottle of water
- A stable surface that is around knee height (couch, dining room table chair, coffee table)
